Join JBF Greens for an intimate dining experience at The Workshop, the private dining room above The Progress.
Bay Area native Stuart Brioza, along with his wife and collaborator Nicole Krasinski, co-owns several iconic San Francisco restaurants, including State Bird Provisions, The Progress, and The Anchovy Bar. Each shares the origin stories of the ingredients served and captures a sense of place of San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.
An evolution of California cuisine, chef Brioza’s approach is rooted in seasonal abundance, preservation, smoking, fermentation, and “zero-waste” cooking. For one night only, chef Brioza will prepare a seasonal menu for the JBF Greens community that highlights the vibrant flavors and ingredients of Northern California.
