Join food lovers in their 20s, 30s, and 40s for a JBF Greens x Ramie collaboration in Capitol Hill.
Ramie is the vision of chef/owner Trinh Nguyen and chef Thai Nguyen, where the sibling chefs showcase reimagined classic and regional Vietnamese cuisine. Born in Vietnam, Trinh’s love of food began at a young age while cooking alongside her parents and aunties, while Thai went on to hone his craft in New York City under the tutelage of a Michelin-starred chef. The duo is also behind modern Vietnamese restaurant Ba Sa on Bainbridge Island. For this occasion, chefs Trinh and Thai will prepare a mâm cỗ (traditional Vietnamese feast) that draws inspiration from the celebratory dishes of Lunar New Year.

Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the James Beard Foundation will offer options including ticket exchanges, use of tickets for future events, and an option to donate tickets.
