Featuring Chefs Eunjo Park, Ji Hye Kim of Miss Kim, and Sunny Lee

Three powerhouse Korean women chefs will collaborate on a one-night-only, multi-course dinner celebrating the vibrant evolution of Korean cuisine while honoring its culinary heritage. Guests will experience Korean cuisine through three distinct and deeply personal viewpoints, all united by the chefs’ shared passion for innovation and heritage. The featured chefs include James Beard Award semifinalist® chef Ji Hye Kim of Miss Kim in Ann Arbor, Michigan, who masterfully executes time-honored Korean recipes using seasonal ingredients. A duo of New York City talents join her, including chef Eunjo “Jo” Park, formerly of the acclaimed Korean-American restaurant Momofuku Kāwi, known for her boundary-pushing cooking rooted in Korean culinary traditions, and Sunny Lee, the chef/owner of Sunn’s, where she weaves the vibrant, soulful dishes of her Korean-American identity with fine-dining finesse.

Event Policy

Reservation Policy:

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Events at Platform by JBF are special one-night-only menus and we do not offer a la carte menus. If you have serious food allergies, we will work with the visiting chef team to do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that alternate options will be available for every course.

Terms

Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
