Discover the Reimagined Culinary Riches of Antigua and Barbuda

Drift away to Antigua and Barbuda for an immersive culinary journey inspired by the islands’ rich gastronomic traditions. Three esteemed Antiguan chefs will curate a thoughtful multi-course dinner showcasing the African, Indigenous, and European influences that have shaped generations of island cooking. Guests will enjoy traditional island flavors and dishes reimagined with innovative twists, all paired with local wines and signature cocktails.

Presented by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, the event celebrates the official launch of Culinary Month 2026, capturing the warmth, richness, and true island hospitality of this unique destination.

Reservation Policy:

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Terms

Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
